1. Returns

• Return Eligibility: Customers can return a product if it does not match their expectations or if it differs from the image shown on our website. To qualify for a return:
• The customer must inspect the product in front of the delivery person.
• If the customer chooses to return the product, they will only need to pay the delivery charge.
• Returns will not be accepted after the delivery person has left without any inspection or if no issues were raised at that time.
• Proof for Claims: If the product is found to be damaged, customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video. This video will be required as proof for any damage claims. No complaints will be entertained without video evidence once the delivery person has left.
• Exchange Requests: If the customer needs to exchange an item due to their own mistake (e.g., selecting the wrong size), the delivery charge for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

2. Cancellations

• Before Shipping: Customers can cancel their order without any charge before the item has been shipped.
• After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. However, the customer can initiate a return following the process mentioned above upon receiving the product.

3. No Advance Payments and Refunds

• Ethosi Creation does not require any advance payments for orders. Since payment is made upon delivery, there are no refund issues related to pre-payments.
• Customers only need to pay the delivery fee when returning an item that they are not satisfied with at the time of delivery.
